Refund and Returns Policy


We do not provide refunds, however do accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us an email at with a picture and your proof of purchase, requesting an exchange.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged Goods received

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective bottle, send us an email at with a picture of the damaged bottle as well as proof of purchase and we will replace your item.

Shipping returns

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 22 West Street, Bergville, 3350.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the cost of shipping your new product back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Note: If your item sent for an exchange is damaged during shipping, we will not accept the exchange.
